Breast Augmentation Munich: How we perform the procedure
First, a small incision is made in the lower breast crease to open the skin. The incision continues behind the mammary gland, so that the ability to breastfeed is not impaired. The incision in the pectoral muscle is made where the mammary gland tissue is thinner (dual-plane technique).
